Operations — Liquidity Policy
This section documents operational thresholds used for market monitoring. It is not financial advice, not a promise of action, and not a statement about price.
- Purpose: Liquidity may be added only to improve execution quality (slippage/market function), never for optics or price influence.
- Status bands (Dexscreener liquidity.usd): RED < $10k, AMBER $10k–$24,999, GREEN ≥ $25k.
- Consider adding: Only when (A) demand is sustained (24h volume repeatedly ~$3k–$5k+) and (B) function requires it (slippage/poor execution observed).
- Execution: Prefer small staged adds and reassess after 24–72 hours. For ranged liquidity, prefer wider early ranges to reduce out-of-range downtime.
- Do not add: In response to short-term sells, volatility, or social pressure.
- Expansion gate: Avoid additional exchanges until liquidity ≥ $25k and 24h volume ≥ $10k for multiple days, with stable flow and monitoring in place.
- Audit trail: Any liquidity action should be recorded with UTC timestamp, amounts, rationale, and before/after snapshots.
